The best leadership newsletter on technology in business
Hi, Adam here. I write about leadership, what limitations have taught me, how to bring order to the chaos in a company and in my own mind, as well as about AI and technology that puts people first. You’ll receive this from me straight to your inbox every two weeks.
Who am I?
I run a technology company that has been named by the Financial Times and Deloitte as one of the fastest-growing in Europe. I have written five books: one was an Amazon bestseller, whilst another reached over 200,000 readers. I host the podcast ‘Leadership in the Age of AI’. I have lived with severe haemophilia since birth.
My aim is to support people who, despite their own limitations, take responsibility for others every day. I help build modern, effective and, above all, people-centred organisations.
I have over 1,100 readers. They include CEOs, founders, managers and people who simply want to think a bit more honestly about work and responsibility. Most of them ended up here because they’d had enough of motivational slogans.

By subscribing to my newsletter, you join leaders and team members who are ahead of the curve on how to effectively manage in the world of AI and modern technology. Each message is a carefully crafted dose of knowledge, inspiration and practical tips.
I don’t spam, and I publish content no more than once a month, providing only what is truly valuable. In addition to unique materials, you will also gain access to my e-books, which will help you develop your leadership skills.

What will you learn from my leadership newsletter?
As a subscriber, you will gain access to insightful content on leadership, technology and accountability. Rather than describing an ‘ideal world’, I explore the real dilemmas faced by people leading teams, projects, and companies, who are often struggling with their own health issues, anxiety, or burnout. Every article attempts to combine three perspectives: those of an engineer, a humanist and someone with a chronic illness who knows that they may not have as much energy the next day as they would like.
– As an engineer who relies on solid data and personal experience, I explain the challenges and explore new opportunities that technological advances bring.
– As a humanist, I try to remind people that human beings should always be at the center of all activities.
By reading my publications, you will learn about the latest trends in AI and technology and how to apply them to everyday situations, such as conversations with people, decision-making processes and dealing with crises and uncertainty.
I don’t want you to come away from this reading with just “another golden method” in your head. I want you to come away with a few specific sentences that will help you to better understand your own situation, both as a leader and as a person.

How does my newsletter support the development of leaders in the world of modern technology?
Technology is changing the way we work and manage. That’s why my content is designed to help leaders understand these changes and better prepare for the challenges brought on by innovations like artificial intelligence and automation.
What makes my executive newsletters different?
Each publication is advice based on research, reports, solid data and deep analysis, backed by years of experience in management and technology.
My newsletter is intended to be a constant point of reference for you, providing a place where you can occasionally pause to read longer texts that don’t promise miracles, but help you to better understand what is really going on in your company, with your team and within yourself.
My content is distinguished by a unique combination of a data-driven engineer’s mind and a humanist’s soul, sensitive to the needs of people. That’s why I write about strategies that help leaders introduce technology into organizations in a thoughtful and sustainable way. I focus on how to foster team development, build trust, and make better decisions with data and analytics. At the same time, I emphasize that technologies are just tools – the real value always comes from people. Empathy, relationship-building skills, and values-based leadership remain the essence of things in the world of modern technology.
Why should you receive my leadership newsletter regularly?
The world of leadership and technology is constantly changing. Through my content, you will learn how to effectively build trust in your team, increase productivity, and how to successfully implement change in your organization. I work hard to ensure that my content is a constant source of inspiration that helps leaders stay one step ahead of the upcoming challenges.
Rely on management and technology expertise
I don’t just write about what I’ve read by other authors. My content is entirely original, preceded by weeks of data analysis and reflection. Most importantly, however, I try every day, like you, to reconcile my responsibility to others with my own limitations. That’s what this newsletter is all about.
I write for leaders. My articles on topics such as the IT industry crisis, organisational culture and trust have been read hundreds of thousands of times. At conferences, panels and meetings, I speak with people who manage teams of hundreds or even thousands of people.
