I run a technology company and work with organizations across more than a dozen countries, so business is my everyday reality, not a textbook abstraction. I write here about management, strategy, crises, and what actually works when you have to make decisions with incomplete data and under time pressure.
You’ll find articles on crisis management, building teams, working with clients and partners, and on how not to fall into the trap of superficial efficiency. Some of these texts are grounded in research and data, others in experience from over twenty years in the IT industry. I try to combine both, because data without human context means little, and stories without numbers easily turn into anecdotes.
I don’t write about business to sound like an expert. I write because most of what you read here cost me real time, real money, or real mistakes.
