Hi, my name is Adam Trojanczyk.

This is my blog about leadership, management, and business in the world of modern technology – for people who bear responsibility for others while carrying their own invisible limitations. It’s great to have you here.

Adam Trojańczyk

A few words about myself

If I had to define myself in one sentence, I’d say I’m an engineer and a humanist who believes that technology can help change the world for the better.

I am currently the CEO of Inwedo, a software company specializing in the creation of customized IT solutions for businesses. Inwedo boasts the Great Place to Work certification, as well as the Family Friendly Company and Best Places to Work™ Poland 2024 awards, and was ranked in the 2024 Financial Times 1000 and 2023 Technology Fast 500 as the fastest growing company in Europe.

I am also a member of the Board of the Polish Association of Hemophilia Patients and President of the Lodz Circle of the same organization. With my pro bono activities I try to help sick and disabled people who, like me, are affected by this serious disease.

More information about me

With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, and as someone who lives with severe haemophilia 🩸, I know that it is often our greatest limitations that teach us our most valuable lessons.

I have been working in the IT industry since 2004. During this time I have worked with dozens of companies from the USA, Europe, the largest interactive agencies in Poland, as well as companies from different corners of the world such as Japan, Australia and Mexico. In the meantime, I also ran my own software company and had the pleasure of co-founding and participating in the development of many startups.

I was a mentor and expert in accelerator programs in Lodz, including Startup Spark and S5 (one of the first 5G technology accelerators in Poland), as well as in programs run by universities and the AIP Foundation.

I was also a member of the Scientific Council of the Technical School of Automation and Robotics, a startup advisor for the Central European Startup Awards, a finalist in one of the organization’s competitions, and a three-time winner of the Regional Ecosystem Hero of the Year award, as well as a winner of the “Mocni w Biznesie” economic business award.

While working with Adam, I didn’t have to worry about deadlines, technology, solutions, or quality. Also, there are things that are less obvious, such as a good atmosphere of cooperation, a great understanding of the client’s needs, and even thinking ahead on their behalf. It’s good to find this combination in one person.

I would like to recommend Adam for a professional and friendly approach to the customer. I could always count on his commitment and creativity. He immediately understood the concept and expectations, fulfilled them while providing useful feedback and ideas. In crisis situations, he reacted responsibly, solving problems and preventing them in the future.

Haemophilia has taught me that all leaders have their limitations. How we respond to these limitations – whether we allow them to hold us back or use them as a source of strength and empathy – defines our leadership. After years of struggling with the disease, I have realised that true strength does not mean being free of weakness. It means using our difficulties to create something valuable.
